We began as Heritage Health Foundation, Inc., and took on our current name as a better description of both our mission and the way we work.
The resilient people of western Pennsylvania have survived the economic and social distress that followed the collapse of the steel industry. Although they face many challenges, they stand strong. We create and manage programs that help people use their strength to help themselves. Our initiatives—wide-ranging and comprehensive—complement each other as they target the area’s most pressing problems. |
